蜜汁松花烤鸡腿
[size=4]曾经吃过一道松花鸡腿卷,是蒸制后冷却切片的凉菜。自我改良了一下,加了蜜汁腌料然后烤制的。

[size=4]原料:鸡腿(琵琶腿,我用了两只,可以根据需要掌握)松花蛋(两只鸡腿用一个松花蛋就可以)蜜汁腌料(网上有卖的)适量5do7BG b5e
做法:将鸡腿去骨,洒上黑胡椒和盐略入底味,然后加入蜜汁腌料腌制,我放冰箱里腌了一夜。

然后将松花蛋切成两半,每一半再切成两半后,分别放入鸡腿肉里裹紧,并用锡纸包好。我为了严实包了两层,
