这是一道不错的菜，只是在素鸭胚时候如何把握火候，是这道菜的关键，楼主的帖子发的很好，

这个菜是不错，可是步骤有点麻烦，不适合初学者！而且素鸭胚的制作很考功夫!

在廣東這種食物我以前聽果一個名字叫做“齋燒鵝”睇名就知好吃了。
|(PT;t9c;TiP 就好似名字燒鵝一樣，外脆內軟的。

这个菜看上去一定好吃,不过这类型的手工菜要是没有手把手试做两次以上,基本上看菜谱做出来很难.不简单喔.谢谢楼主分享
