干锅鱼
[原料] 草鱼,酱油,鸡精,盐,料酒,糖,蚝油,大蒜,姜

1、草鱼切块(小块些,便于入味),用酱油,鸡精,盐,料酒,糖(少量),蚝油腌半小时左右

2、用大概半斤的大蒜和姜(其实具体的我也没算,能没过砂锅底就可以了),大蒜去皮,姜切块,放入砂锅中8j

4、将腌好的鱼块倒入砂锅中,上火煮7—8分钟

注意事项:砂锅在加热的过程中千万不能碰冷水或温度低的东西。比如有人在做鱼的过程中觉得酱油放少了,在加热过程中又添了一点进去,这样是很危险的,砂锅会炸锅的哟,所以千万要小心 希望大家能喜欢

不会的,只要你在锅底放上足量的色拉油,还有在煮的时候别用太大的猛火就OK了
