1、圆火腿本身有咸味,给鸡蛋面糊调味时,不宜放太多盐,否则早餐饼会过咸发苦。oUF9Jm6W
2、往面糊加入牛奶,可使早餐饼带有奶香味,不过牛奶份量不宜多,不然面糊会过稀,难以煎成饼。

3、最好用打蛋器将面糊调匀,面粉洒入后会结块,要尽量将面糊打得细滑无块才行。

4、先开大火烧热油,倒入面糊后,再改小火慢煎至金黄色,火候过大会将早餐饼烧焦。
