1.活虾买回来放冰箱冰过再剥虾仁(这样比直接剥活虾容易,也可以对虾虾少点愧疚感).剥的时候先轻轻摘下虾头,注意不要直接拉下来,轻轻转下虾头,顺带把虾肠一起拉出.剥好的虾仁,用少许盐和料酒抓匀,再放淀粉抓匀,静置待用.*Yym-~/Ky

3.准备一个小碗,放淀粉加水调成稍薄的水淀粉.

4.腌制好的虾仁里放入少许色拉油,拌匀,以防止入油锅粘连.锅中放少量油,三成热的时候放虾仁下去,滑撒.
