牛油芝士锔薯仔
材料:薯仔、牛油、芝士、白脱、盐、糖、干葱粒、橄榄油、牛奶、鸡蛋、培根、猪肉碎、甜椒。-d6x%_ iT,D

做法:薯仔去皮切大块放微波炉叮4分钟(大火),随后放入白脱,用匙拌匀,稍冷却装入食品袋用手按碎(不用按的完全碎,这样有薯仔的口感),放入容器加鸡蛋、少许牛奶、盐和砂糖调味,烧热锅加牛油和橄榄油将干葱爆香放入薯仔里搅匀,和培根(猪肉碎)一起装入小锔盘和甜椒里(猪肉碎的要先炒熟),随后放上芝士,烤箱170度预热5分钟,最后将准备好的薯仔放入烤箱,170度10分钟左右(看见芝士变黄),ok。3T'?$k^6_N,O?;C
