1、将菠菜清洗干净后,去掉根和烂叶,切成小段,将菠菜放进搅拌机,加入一杯水,搅打成菠菜汁

2、鸡腿清洗干净后,去除骨头只留鸡肉,将肉块用一大勺料酒、少许葱姜腌制一刻钟去腥

3、用滤网将菠菜汁中的菜渣去掉,只留汁液,取2/3的汁液放微波炉加热2分钟至菠菜汁沸腾,将菠菜汁一点点加入面粉中,边加边用筷子搅拌,最后将凉菜汁也加入,活成光滑不黏手的烫面团,一旁醒制20分钟

4、将面团分成大小均匀的小剂子,擀成圆形面皮,放平底锅小火烙,一面熟后翻面,将另一面也烙熟(手法就是烙春饼自制五色菠菜卷 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>动手做自家快餐系列)

5、炒锅里加入葱姜,一大勺生抽、半勺老抽、半勺蚝油、一点黑胡椒、一勺糖加热,料汁冒小泡后,放入鸡块,小火慢慢煎熟Ay"S:};W(o

6、将其他的蔬菜清洗干净后,胡萝卜、甘蓝切丝,西红柿切片切片,在烙好的饼上涂抹色拉酱或是千岛酱,铺上蔬菜和鸡肉,卷起来即可食用
