首先切鸡, 要将鸡切成3cm见方的鸡块, 一定要顺着筋络,用断筋法切断筋络,这样可以更好的咀嚼。

用姜 50g, 要沿着姜的筋络切片,这样更有利于姜汁的渗出;还有大葱50g、,拍一下。便于渗出汁液。然后在里面放入盐 少许,老抽少许,料酒100g 以及酒酿(要的是酒酿里面憋出来的酒酿汁), 然后用力捏这些,捏大概2-3分钟左右,然后把这些捏出来的汁水倒入切好的鸡块中,然后捏鸡,使汁水能更好的渗入鸡块中-p"\$[ZD
