① 鲈鱼洗净,去头去尾留着备用.将鱼身一剖为二,去龙骨,将鱼肉剁成鱼泥.vy8AiI

③鸡蛋加少许盐调成蛋液,在不粘锅里煎成蛋皮(我直接在烤盘里烤的蛋皮). x

④蛋皮切成长方形状,将处理好的鱼泥均匀的铺在蛋皮上.分别从两边卷起呈如意状.用快刀切成2厘米左右的小段,稍稍整形后排入盘子里.

⑤鱼头在前,鱼尾在后,如意鱼卷排中间.大火蒸五分钟,焖两分钟.
