这道湖南家常菜是凭我个人的口味与爱好而微作衍变的菜式,先声明是不正宗但口感与味道真是特别好,特别是选用新鲜辣椒的清鲜辣味来增加这道菜的味道,配着榨菜无论下酒或拌饭都是上上之选,请大家品尝与多加指教…

材料:猪肉切条,放蛋白,蚝油,酱油,糖,生粉与油醃后置入冰箱二小吋备用, 榨菜切成丝泡温水15分钟洗净备用,五香豆干切条滑油备用,葱丝,辣椒丝(无辣不欢之人), 洋葱半个切丝,蒜蓉.辣油,盐,糖,味精(可有可无).;Vfk a&h$E
制作:起油锅,大火先炒猪肉至八分熟盛出备用,再放两匙油热后爆香蒜蓉下辣椒片爆出辣香与味道,下蚝油再爆香,然后放入豆干爆炒大约五分钟后,加榨菜,葱段,洋葱大火再炒大约七分熟,下酱油,糖,味精,辣油再炒一分鐘,回锅过油的肉片再大火炒匀即可装盘出菜.O&LSbc'fI!?
