做法:

1、茶干切成丁、蟹柳切成2段

2、将蟹柳放入热油中略炸1-2分钟,捞出放于热煲仔中

3、将毛豆和玉米粒放入加过少许油的沸水中烫煮1分钟"j5rJ/E5r7g6vB

4、锅中放少许油加热后快速煸炒一下茶干,再放入煮过的毛豆和玉米粒,并加入盐、糖、胡椒粉和适量水,煮开后加入蘑菇精进行调味,
